Refund Policy

Returns are contrary to our emphasis in sustainability. Every time an item is returned, there is a carbon footprint.

Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your product, you can contact us for a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, all you need to do must send a picture of the item, include your order purchase information, and the reason for your refund at refunds@happybarkscollection.com. 

Once processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at refunds@happybarkscollection.com.
